Website Support & Stewardship
Website Support & Stewardship (WSS) provides ongoing care, maintenance, and guidance to ensure your website remains functional, current, and aligned with your organization’s goals.
WSS Level 1:
ESSENTIAL CARE
$150 monthly

Recommended for organizations with stable websites that need occasional updates, routine maintenance, and peace of mind without ongoing hands-on involvement.

Overages & Out-of-Scope Work
Requests exceeding monthly hour allotments may be billed at the standard overage rate of $85 per hour, pending prior client approval.
Work outside the scope of Website Support & Stewardship may be quoted separately. Contact R.I.S.E. to discuss specific needs for your website.
Important Clarifications
Website Support & Stewardship is provided as a monthly retainer. Each support level includes a defined scope of services and a maximum number of support hours per month. Unused hours do not roll over month to month. The monthly retainer reserves availability and capacity and does not guarantee that all hours will be used. New page builds, major redesigns, custom development, advanced functionality, and brand or content strategy are not included unless explicitly stated.
How to Choose the Right Support Level
If your website is largely stable and needs occasional updates and routine maintenance, Essential Care provides peace of mind without unnecessary overhead. If your organization updates content regularly or wants responsive support without managing a website internally, Active Support is typically the best fit. If your website plays a central role in your operations and you want priority access, proactive guidance, and a trusted partner to help thoughtfully evolve your site over time, Strategic Stewardship offers the highest level of involvement and support.
